How to Create Static Pages in Blogger

Static Pages are different from other pages. They a stand alone pages and are not indexed as archives. They are not displayed in Posts but are linked from the Blog.
How to Create a Static Pages?
Let's start;
Login to Blogger and Click in Pages Tab as Shown...
Then Create a New Blank Page as Shown Below...
You can Set the Users comments ON or OFF as per your requirement.
That's it.
Your Contents Goes Here;
If you are Creating Page using external HTML, click on HTML in Post editor and page you code. Or Simply You Can Compose the Page.
